The Trade Desk (TTD) Palooza 2025 brought 3,500 global attendees to the Mile High City for TTD’s annual employee appreciation and all hands sessions. The five-day conference was held at the Colorado Convention Center, with the Hit Play team designing and producing the business meeting’s general session environment and A/V, managing breakouts, and creating and delivering an extensive registration, signage and branding package.

The general session theater was designed with three main philosophies—immersiveness, functionality and dynamism—all brought to life through two 2,500 sq ft projection surfaces extending out from the main stage to wrap around the audience. To open the week with a little theatrical flare, one of the TTD executives repelled from the ceiling to deliver their remarks with an unforgettable entrance.
As in past years, TTD brought back the highly anticipated, annual Trader 99 and The Bad Impressions performance, to close out the week's activities. After a series of song submissions, 20 top performing employees are selected to go onstage and perform their song live with the band. This year's show featured an awe inspiring ceiling supported lighting rig. Its movements were pre designed to go with each song, invoking the feel of a full-scale arena rock show.

With Colorado's Rocky Mountains as inspiration were extracted in various ways throughout the week, the Hit Play team wanted to get a little more abstract, leaning instead into triangles in the lighting, video walls, and graphic elements throughout the activation space. In addition to the main performance area, the team designed expansive lounges and photo moments to accommodate attendees enjoying refreshments between songs.
